To start the Danfoss warranty claim process, complete their online Warranty Form at the link below. Once their Warranty Department have reviewed your request, they will issue WRA for you to send the part(s) back.
Filling out the form will help speed the request process on their end. Kindly provide as much detail of the problem you experienced to allow Danfoss to properly investigate the issue and make corrective actions. If you need replacement part(s), Danfoss will require a new PO to process your order. If the returned part(s) are determined to be covered under warranty, Danfoss will issue a credit that can be applied towards the replacement invoice.
